DesiCards

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 18, 2026

DesiCards does not collect any data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no tracking, and the app does not talk to any server run by the developer. Everything you do in the app stays on your device.

By using or continuing to use DesiCards, you accept this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

What we collect

Nothing. DesiCards has no sign-in, no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. The developer does not receive any information about you or how you use the app.

Data stored on your device

To make the app work, DesiCards saves a few things locally on your iPhone or iPad:

• your favorites and the decks you create (card IDs and deck names)
• which cards you have already seen, so “New cards first” can deal new ones first
• cards you removed with “Not for us”
• your settings, such as haptics and your last game choices

This information never leaves your device and is not sent to the developer.

Suggesting a card

“Suggest a card” only prepares an email. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send it yourself from your own mail app to easymote101@gmail.com. The email contains the card you wrote, the groups, spice level and topics you picked, and your name only if you chose to add it. If you send it, we receive it like any other email, and use it only to consider your card for the deck. You can ask us to delete your email at any time.

Sharing a card

When you share a card, the app creates an image of that card and hands it to the iOS share sheet. Where it goes is up to you; DesiCards does not see or store what you share. If you choose Save Image, iOS asks for permission to add the picture to your Photos. DesiCards only adds that image and cannot read your photo library.

Information Apple provides

If you choose to share diagnostics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide aggregated, anonymous crash and usage statistics through App Store Connect. This is controlled by Apple and your device settings, not by DesiCards.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. Your continued use of DesiCards after a change means you accept the updated policy.
